摘要
目的调查新疆护理实习生人际交往效能感现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料问卷和大学生人际交往效能感量表,对新疆乌鲁木齐市两所三级甲等医院229名护理实习生进行调查。结果护理实习生人际交往效能感总分为(119.63±16.63)分,处于中等水平。多元回归分析结果表明,护理实习生人际交往效能感的影响因素为民族、学历、父母文化程度及是否为独生子女(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护理教育者应重视并探讨有效途径以增强少数民族护理实习生人际交往能力。
Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors interpersonal self - efficacy among nursing interns in Xinjiang. Methods Totally 229 nursing interns from two 3A - class hospitals in Xinjiang were recruited and investigated with the general questionnaire and the college students'interpersonal self - efficacy questionnaire. Results The average interpersonal self - efficacy score was ( 119.63 ± 16.63 ), which was at a moderate level. Multivariable linear regression analysis indicated that interpersonal self - efficacy scores was significantly associated with ethnieity, educational background,parents' cultural level and whether the only child or not ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Nursing educators should attach importance to improve minority nursing interns'interperson- al ability, discuss measures to enhanc their interpersonal skills.
