摘要
目的探讨过程管理模式在护士危重急救在职培训中的实践效果。方法将过程管理理论应用于30名护士危重急救专项培训中,采用SMART原则、工作分解结构、主题拓展学习以及构建信息化交流平台等方法对培训的关键质量控制点进行管理,培训前后从护士的学习、行为及反应3方面进行培训效果评价。结果护士危重急救相关理论知识和临床护理能力均得到了提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);小组案例汇报平均得分为(86.65±6.42)分,达到了良好水平;护士对该培训模式的总体评价在(2.97±0.18)分以上,满意度较高。结论过程管理模式能有效提高护士危重急救专项培训的效果和质量。
Objective To explore the process management model in nurses" in - service training about critical care. Methods The theory of process manage- ment was applied in 30 nurses'critical care training. Methods of SMART principle,work break - down sruetures,themes - expanded learning and building the infor- mation - exchanging platform were used to manage the critical control point of quality. The effects of the training were evaluated before and after the training from nurses' learning, behavior and reaction. Results Nurses" knowledge and clinical nursing skills of eritical care were both improved after training ( P 〈 0.01 ). The mean score of ease - report was (86.65 ± 6.42) ,which reached the good level. The overall evaluation of the training was above (2.97 ± 0. 18) ,which reached high- er satisfaction. Conclusion Process management model can effectively improve the effects and quality of nurse's in - service training about critical eare.
