摘要
目的探讨辅助生殖专科医院门诊护士多元化培训模式的实践效果。方法依据辅助生殖专科医院门诊护理特点,制订培训目标,采取一对一培训、集中授课、情绪管理培训等多元化方式,结合21 d效应理论的应用,对门诊在职的16名门诊护士进行为期6个月的规范化培训。结果培训结束时护士考核成绩较培训前明显提高(P<0.01),护士自评情况明显高于培训前(P<0.01),患者满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论多元化培训模式能有效提高辅助生殖专科门诊护士规范化作业的依从性,提高护士的专科核心能力,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application and effects of diversified training model in training for clinic nurses in assisted reproductive special has- pital. Methods The training goal was made based on outpatient nursing characteristics of assisted reproductive special hospital. Diversified training ways such as one- by- one training, classroom teaching and emotion management training, were introduced combining the application of 21 days effect theory. Sixteen clinic nurses were received the standardized training for 6 months. Results The standardized operation examination results of nurses after the training were signficantly improved than before (P 〈 0.01 ), the medical evaluation effect was also higher ( P 〈 0.01 ), patients satisfaction also was increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Diversified training mode can effectively improve the standardized operation compliance of assisted reproductive clinic nurses, improve the special- ized core competences, and increase patients satisfaction.
