从工程的角度，结合我国的标准分别对GSM移动通信系统中的基站和手机的电磁辐射进行讨论。
Combined with the national hygiene standard for environment electromagnetic waves this paper discusses the EMR of GSM base station as well as GSM mobile handset in engineering way．
