Research on Optimization of Gansu Chinese Medical Herbs Logistics Model

目的为构建甘肃中药材现代化物流模式提供参考。方法分析甘肃中药材现行物流模式存在的主要问题,提出构建现代化物流模式的思路。结果与结论甘肃中药材现行物流模式主要存在流通渠道过长、组织规模不对等、流通主体组织化程度低等问题,降低了流通渠道的整体效益,影响了种植农户的增收。根据甘肃物流体系的整体状况,结合我国农产品物流渠道发展的总体趋势,宜采取先发展以第三方物流为中心的物流外包模式,在此基础上,向以物流园区为主的物流模式过渡,最后构筑供应链一体化的现代物流模式,实现中药材物流链与产业链的深度融合。

Objective To provide reference for the construction of modern logistics model of Gansu Chinese medical herbs. Methods The major problems existing in the current logistics model were analyzed, and ideas were brought forward on building a modern logistics model for the Gansu Chinese medical herbs. Results and Conclusion The major problems with the current logistics model were： over-long circulation channel, unequal organization sizes and the low systematization level of delivery companies. The overall efficiency of circulation channel was reduced and the growers income increment was influenced by those problems. Considering the overall status of the Gansu logistics system, coupled with the overall development trend of the logistics channels for agricultural products in our country, the optimization should be started from developing the third-party logistics （TPL） oriented outsourcing model. On this basis, transition to the logistics model centered on logistics parks can be achieved. And ultimately, a modern logistics model with integrated supply chains would be built, realizing the in-depth integration between the logistics chain and the industrial chain of Gansu Chinese medical herbs.
