恶性肿瘤伴肠梗阻患者营养支持的药学监护

Pharmaceutical Care for Nutritional Support for Patients with Malignant Tumor Accompanied with Intestinal Obstruction

目的探讨药师在恶性肿瘤伴肠梗阻患者临床治疗中发挥的作用。方法针对具体病例,关注患者用药全过程,协助医师制定有效的、个体化的治疗方案,为患者建立用药记录、提出药学监护措施及健康教育计划。结果临床药师为患者实施药学监护,可以提高患者的依从性和药物治疗水平,改善其生活质量。结论临床药师参与临床药学服务,可使用药更加规范合理。

Objective To investigate the role of the clinical pharmacists in clinical treatment for patients with malignant tumor accompanied with intestinal obstruction. Methods Targeting at specific cases, and focusing on the patient＇s comprehensive medication courses, effective and individualized regimens were developed by pharmacists, so as to assist physicians. Besides, medication records were established and pharmaceutical care measures and health education programs were proposed. Results The implementation of pharmaceutical care by clinical pharmacists could improve drug efficacy, increase patient compliance and improve patients life quality. Conclusion The pharmacists＇ participation in clinical pharmacy service can enhance the standard and rational use of drugs.
