铁路输煤与高压直流输电可靠性的比较

摘要 随着铁路高速重载技术和特高压远距离输电技术日臻成熟,构建输煤输电并举的现代能源综合运输体系战略的逐步落实,输煤输电比例等问题引起各方关注。以铁路运输和高压直流输电作为输煤输电载体的典型例子,通过研究2种送能方式的可靠性评价模型和指标,对比分析近年来的可靠性数据,提出基于可靠性的输煤输电临界距离,并分析可靠性与运输成本、库存成本的关系,建立综合停电损失成本模型,为合理配置运煤输电提供参考。 With the technologies of high-speed and heavy haul railway and UHV transmission becoming increasingly mature,and the system of integrated coal transportation and power transmission being built gradually,the ratio of coal transportation to power transmission has been attracting more public attention.This paper takes the example of railway transport and HVDC transmission as typical energy carriers.Through the study on the reliability evaluation model and index of the two kinds of energy transmission modes as well as the analysis of recent reliability data,the critical distance of coal transportation and power transmission based on reliability is proposed and the relationship between reliability and transportation/inventory costs is analyzed.Finally a comprehensive value of lost load model is put forward,which can provide a reference for the proper allocation of coal transportation and power transmission.
