摘要
目的研究半边莲多糖的最佳微波提取工艺。方法以半边莲多糖的提取率和多糖含量为指标,采用正交实验筛选最佳微波提取工艺。结果最佳微波提取工艺为加入30倍量水,560W微波提取30分钟,提取3次,多糖得率为25.87%,多糖含量为60.13%。结论本实验优选的工艺准确、方便、快捷,可用于半边莲多糖的提取。
Objective To study the optimal microwave extraction technology of polysaccharides from Lobelia chinensis Lour. Methods Using the extraction rate and contents of polysaecharide as the index, orthogonal test was used to evaluate the extractio~ Results The optimal technology was 30 volumes of water, extraction for 3 times and 0. 5 hour for each time at the power of 560W. Under this condition, the extraction percent of Polysaeeharides from Lobelia chinensis Lout. was 25.87 % and the content was 60. 13 %. Conclusion he optimization process according to this experiment was accurate, simple and rapid, and it can be used as the method of extracting polysaccharides from Lobelia chinensis Lour.
