党和政府先后提出的生态文明建设战略思想,是在统筹当前发展和长远发展的需要,协调当前与长远发展目标的综合考虑下,回答我国社会主义现代化建设中经济发展与资源环境关系的重大问题,是统筹人与自然和谐发展的前进方向的重大成果,意义重大而深远。生态文明建设的国情特点凸现了中国特色社会主义道路的鲜明特色和重大创新,同时也表明了生态文明建设任务的艰巨性和复杂性。本文在探析我国生态文明战略提出的现实背景基础上,梳理了党和政府提出生态文明战略思想的演变历程,提出我国生态文明建设的内涵特点、关键内容与模式选择,并在如何深化和拓展我国生态文明建设理论研究的问题上,从历史、伦理、政治、产业、消费、区域、法律等方面提出需要培育的研究方向,以期为推动生态文明建设相关理论研究提供参考。
