环渤海经济圈国家级新区综合发展竞争力比较分析

Study on the Comparison of Comprehensive Competitiveness in National Districts of Bohai Economic Sphere

环渤海经济圈拥有天津滨海新区和河北曹妃甸区两大国家级新区,两者地缘关系具有一定的共生性、经济联系密切、竞合关系明显,未来联动发展的可能性较大。比较滨海新区与曹妃甸区的综合发展状况,总结两者发展特征异同及未来竞合可能的趋势具有一定的现实意义。本文利用DEA方法对滨海新区和曹妃甸区综合发展竞争力进行了比较分析,得出的结论认为滨海新区整体上更具竞争力,而曹妃甸区在禀赋要素方面具有较大的发展潜力。

The Competitiveness analysis is an important tool to evaluate the development of economy. First of all,this paper constructs economic competitiveness evaluating indicator on the basis of national district economic element,and utilizes DEA analysis method to evaluate the competitiveness of National Districts-Binhai New Area and Caofeidian District, in Bohai Economic Sphere. Then,the chief factors that included in the National district economic competitiveness are explicated. At last ,some useful countermeasures are put forward in view of the result of competitiveness comparison analysis.
