摘要
在经济全球化的背景下,为提高跨国公司的竞争力,从能力视角出发,为外派人员跨文化适应水平设计了一套评价指标体系。在此基础上,运用模糊数学的理论方法,构建了模糊综合评价模型。算例结果表明,该评价模型具有一定的合理性。
In the context of economic globalization, to improve the competition of multinational companies,an evaluation index system of cross-cultural adaptation level for expatriates is put forward on the perspective of capability. On this basis, the fuzzy mathematical method is applied to establish the reconstructive fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The result of the numerical example shows that the model proposed by this research has a certain rationality.
