摘要
主体功能区规划提出了按照区域要素的禀赋来对不同区域进行区别开发的观点,这一观点符合众多的区域发展理论,但是如果不重视在区别开发过程中的教育资源的区域配置问题,忽视不同区域人的教育公平问题,必然会带来很多社会问题。现存的教育资源配置存在基础教育资源配置不公平和高等教育资源区域分布不均衡、入学机会不公平等问题,中央政府应该在改善这些问题上有所作为,文章据此给出了政策建议。
Main body function region planning present the viewpoint that different areas should be explored discriminatively according to the endowment of regional element. This viewpoint coincides with many regional development theories, but if we don't pay attention to the allocation of education resources in the process of exploring, neglecting the fairness of education for people from different areas, there will be a lot of social problems. The existing education resources~ allocation exists problems such as unfair configuration in basic educational resources, unbalanced distribution of higher educational resources and inequity of admission opportunity in higher education, so, the central government should do something to improve these problems.
