摘要
图像颜色是影响图像质量的重要因素。在机动车及驾驶人档案库房管理系统中,由于相当部分纸质档案存放时间久远,纸质档案影像采集设备多样化,影像采集条件和环境多样化,致使纸质档案通过扫描仪影像化的影像质量参差不齐,严重影响系统的实施效果。为此,提出一种基于边缘检测的自动白平衡方法,较好地满足各种影像管理系统中对影响色彩优化的需求。
The image color is an important factor affecting the image quality. In the motor vehicle and driver records storage management system, a considerable part of the paper files have stored a long time, and diversification of paper archives image capturing device, image acquisition conditions and environmental diversity, resulting in the quality is uneven, witch seriously affects the implementation of systems. Presents an automatic white balance method based on edge detection, to better meet the demand for a variety of image management system for affecting color optimization.
