摘要 目的总结傅立叶变换红外光谱技术(FTIR)在生物技术领域中的应用与研究概况。方法以傅立叶变换红外光谱技术在生物技术领域的研究现状为依据,对该技术理论和应用现状进行分析与归纳。结果与结论通过理论与实例分析表明,目前傅立叶变换红外光谱技术在生物技术研究中得到普遍应用,同时,随着相关理论的发展与完善,该项技术在相关领域的应用将更趋广泛与深入。 Objective To summarize the application and research of the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) in biotechnology fields. Methods The typical cases on the application of FTIR in the biotechnology fields and the technological and theoretical bases were analyzed and summarized based on researches in biotechnology fields with FTIR. Results and Conclusion The rationale analysis and practical cases show that FTIR has been widely applied in biotechnology fields, and with the improvement of relevant theories, the technology of FTIR has a wider and further application prospect.
