广东省佛山市第一人民医院抗抑郁药在非精神科的使用情况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on Use of Antidepressive Agents in Non-psychiatric Departments in The First People′s Hospital of Foshan

目的调查分析广东省佛山市第一人民医院抗抑郁药在非精神科的使用情况。方法通过HIS 3.0系统随机抽取2005~2010年同期门诊抗抑郁药处方各6000张,统计在精神科抗抑郁药的用药频度;调查分析2010年抗抑郁药处方情况。结果我院抗抑郁药DDDs 2010年比2005年增加61.05%,精神科抗抑郁药的DDDs变化不大;非精神科使用抗抑郁药的患者有44.71%的年龄在41~60岁;主要病种是高血压、功能性胃肠病、头痛等;以氟哌噻吨美利曲辛为主要用药。结论我院非精神科抗抑郁药的DDDs5年来呈上升趋势;用药基本合理。

Objective To investigate the usage condition of antidepressive agents in non-psychiatric departments in The First People＇s Hospital of Foshan. Methods Totally 6000 antidepressive prescriptions in outpatient departments during the same quarter from the year 2005 to 2010 were collected at random through HIS 3.0 system. The DDDs of different antidepressive agents in each year were calculated and the data of antidepressive prescriptions collected were analyzed. Results The DDDs of the total antidepressive agents used in our hospital in 2010 was increase by 61.05% compared with that in 2005, but the changes were not significant in DDDs for prescriptions in the psychiatric department. 44.71 % of non-psychiatric outpatients were between 41-60 years of age. The main diagnoses were hypertension, FGID and headache. Flupentixol/Melitracen was most used. Conclusion The DDDs of antidepressive agents assumed an increasing trend in recent 5 years. The use of antidepressive agents was generally rational.
