公正的主观性:“社会人”的公正判断

The Subjectivity of Justice:Justice Judgment of “Homo Sociologicus”

公正并非一种客观存在,而是基于"有限理性"判断产生的主观感受。在对事件做出公正判断时,个体并不全然参照社会标准,往往受诸多主观因素的影响。社会公正的主观判断强调判断过程中的主观维度,关注公正的主观性,更接近真实的判断模式。本文结合已有研究,总结影响公正判断的主观因素,分析"非理性"的公正判断对情绪及行为的影响,最后对公正判断的未来研究做出总结与展望,旨在为此课题的深入探究提供新的研究思路。

When making a justice judg- ment about an event, the individual would be not com- pletely in line with the social standard, and often be influenced by many subiective factnr~ 1,1 v; ,,~ ~ho^the subject of social justice ciologicus＂ rather than the judgment is the ＂homo so- ＂homo economicus＂, it is much closer to the real model of judgment when the research focused on the ＂irrational＂ of justice judg- ment. Combined with the existing studies, this essay summarized the subjective factors in justice judgment,and underlined the effects of justice judgment on be- havior. The integration of cross-curricular interests is called for in the future. The studies of this title can pay attention to some new orientations.
