Self-constructing,getting help from the third party and self-constructing plus getting help from the third party are the three ways for enterprises to construct the intelligence strength.Connecting with the advantages of cloud computing,this paper analyzes the new connotations of the three ways for enterprises to construct the intelligence strength under the cloud computing,and probes into the necessity of constructing the cloud intelligence service mode and the merits of it.
