摘要
为了在电力网络发生故障后,快速准确地判别出与事故相关的输电断面以及薄弱线路,并采用安全保护措施预防连锁故障发生,提出了电力系统连锁故障下关键环节的搜索方法。其主要思想是针对某一故障前后的电力网络,利用相应系统潮流变化情况,将有向电气介数作为线路脆弱性指标,有效地识别出系统的关键环节,并将其纳入系统故障后由最短电气路径法搜索的关键输电断面中,从而较全面而快速地识别系统故障后的关键输电断面。文中以IEEE39节点系统为例进行仿真,结果验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。
The rapid and proper identification of critical transmission section and weak lines of fault element has important significance for preventing cascading failure.So a method of searching critical vulnerable lines for cascading failures is proposed in this paper.By considering of power grid structure and the variation of power flow before and after system failures,the vulnerable lines of system are effectively identified by using the directed electric betweeness as the line vulnerability index,by combining which and the critical transmission section calculated by shortest electric path approach,the critical vulnerable lines is obtained for fault occurs in system.In the end,the validity and applicability of proposed method is verified from the calculation results with the example of IEEE39—bus test system.
