摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定四物颗粒中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Agilent C_(18)(TC)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(30:70),流速为0.8ml·min^(-1),检测波长为321nm,进样量10μl,柱温35℃。结果:阿魏酸对照品进样量在4.99~208.00ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998)。平均加样回收率为101.79%,RSD为1.33%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于四物颗粒中阿魏酸的含量测定。
Objective : To establish a method for the determination of ferulic acid in Siwu granules by HPLC. Method : A column ofAgilent C18 (TC) ( 250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm)with the temperature of 35℃ was used to separate the target component, the mobile phase was composed of methanol-0, 1% phosphate solution (30: 70) , the flow rate was 0.8 ml ·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was at 321 nm. Result: The linear range of ferulic acid was 4.99-208.00 ng( r = 0.999 8 ), and the'average recovery was 101.79% with RSD of 1.33% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable in the content determination of Siwu granules.
