摘要
目的:建立珍黄安宫片质量标准。方法:采用TLC法鉴别青黛、黄芩提取物、石菖蒲、小檗根提取物,采用HPLC法测定珍黄安宫片中大黄的活性成分大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚的含量。结果:TLC色谱申可检出青黛、黄芩提取物、石菖蒲、小檗根提取物,阴性均无干扰。大黄素在0.033~0.669μg范围内,线性关系良好,平均回收率100.77%(RSD=1.40%,n=6);大黄酚在0.102~2.034μg范围内,线性关系良好,平均回收率100.02%(RSD=1.00%,n=6);大黄素甲醚在0.033~0.659μg范围內,线性关系良好,平均回收率100.60%(RSD=1.03%,n=6)。结论:该方法准确,重复性好。可用于珍黄安宫片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the quality standard of Zhenhuang Angong tablets. Method: Indigo Naturalis, Scutellariae Paeonia Radix Extract, Acori Tatarinowii Resina and Berberidis Radix Extract were identified by TLC. The content of emod- in, chrysophano and physcion were determined by HPLC. Result: Indigo Naturalis, Scutellariae Paeonia Radix Extract, Acori Tatarinowii Resina and Berberidis Radix Extract could be identified by TLC, and the blank test showed the other medicines had no interfer- ence. The methodological study showed that a good linear correlation was within the range of 0.033-0.669 μg for emodin, 0. 102- 2. 034 μg for chrysophanol and 0.033-0. 659 μg for physcion. The average recovery of emodin was 100.77% ( RSD = 1.40% ,n = 6). The average recovery of chrysophanol was 100.02% ( RSD = 1.00% , n =6). The average recovery of physcion was 100.60% ( RSD = 1.03% , n = 6). Conclusion: The method is accurate with good reproducibility, and suitable for the quality control of Zhenhuang An- gong tablets.
