摘要 目的:采用气相色谱.质谱法(GC-MS)建立人参中21种农药残留的多残留测定方法。方法:样品由丙酮超声提取,凝胶渗透色谱法进行净化,采用GC-MS在DB-5MS毛细管柱上用程序升温技术分离,以选择离子检测方式以保留时间和特征离子进行目标成分的定性鉴别,外标法对样品进行测定。结果:所有农药在50~1000μg·L^(-1)范围內线性关系良好;所有农药的定量限在2.4~24.0μg·kg^(-1)之间;三个水平添加回收率在60%~120%之间,其RSD小于11%(n=9)。结论:本方法灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于人参中21种农药的残留检测。 Objective: To establish an analytical method for the simultaneous determination of 21 residual pesticides in Ginseng. Method: The sample was extracted with acetone, and the extract was purified by GPC. The pesticides were separated on a DB-5MS column by GC-MS with programming temperature, and detected with a mass selective detector in selective ion monitoring (SIM) mode. The target pesticides were identified by comparing the retention time and characteristic ions with the references. Result: The linearity was good within the range of 50-1 000 μg·L^-1 , and LOQ was between 2.4 μg·L^-1and 24.0 μg·L^-1. The average recovery was 60%-120% with RSD below 11% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is sensitive in the residue analysis of 21 pesticides in Ginseng.
