摘要
以综采工作面三机成套技术为研究对象,基于安全、高产、高效的生产原则,分别对工作面"三机"(采煤机、刮板输送机、液压支架)的空间几何尺寸配套、生产能力配套以及相互性能配套进行了系统的分析计算,为以后工作面三机配套提供全面科学的理论依据,特别针对综采工作面采煤机在机头机尾处能否割投三角煤的情况进行了理论分析,并进一步展望了中国综采工作面装备成套技术的发展方向.
This paper studied the technology of fully-mechanized face three-machines matching based on the principles of safe, high-yield and efficient production, calculated and analyzed the geometry size of the spatial matching geometry, the capacity of production and the mutual performance of working face "three-machines" (shearer, scraper conveyor, hydraulic support), which provides comprehensive scientific theoretical basis for scattered machine working in the future. The study especially analyzed whether the fully-mechanized coalface coal mining machine can cut cast triangle coal in head and tail compartment, and further prospected the development direction for fully mechanized coal mining face equipment technology in China.
