强迫症患者的完美主义在其父母教养方式与强迫症状间的中介作用

Mediation effect of perfectionism on relationship between parenting style and obsessive-- compulsive symp-toms

目的探索强迫症患者的完美主义特质在父母教养方式与强迫症状严重程度之间的中介作用。方法采用耶鲁布朗强迫量表（Y—BOCS），父母教养方式问卷（EMBU）和Frost多维完美主义问卷（FMPS）对129例强迫症患者进行测查。结果母亲的过分干涉和保护（M2）、拒绝否认（M3）、惩罚严厉（M4）和父亲的拒绝否认（F5）均与完美主义和强迫症严重程度呈正相关，又均通过非适应性完美主义完全中介作用于强迫症严重程度。结论父母教养方式通过影响子女的完美主义特质影响强迫症状的严重程度，要从源头调节父母的教养方式，提高子女的心理健康水平。

Objective To study the mediation effect of perfectionism on the relationship between parenting style and severity of obsessive--compulsive symptoms. Methods Totals of 129 patients with obsessive-- compulsive disorder were assessed by Yale Brown Obsessive-- Compulsive Scale（ Y- BOCS）, Egna Minnen av Barndosnauppfors^ran（EMBU）and Frost multidimensional perfectionism scale （FMPS）. Results Over-- protection, rejection and severe punishment from mothers, rejection from fathers, perfection- ism, and obsessive--compulsive severity were significantly correlated with each other. The effects on obsessive --compulsive severity were partially mediated by maladaptive perfectionism. Conclusions Parenting style affects obsessive- compulsive severity through perfectionism traits; in order to raise the level of children＇s mental health, we should adjust parenting style from the source.
