电针配合中药治疗子宫内膜异位症30例

Thirty dysmenorrheal cases treated with Xiaoyifang plus electroacupuncture

目的:总结自拟消异方及电针治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效。方法:采用消异方(生水蛭、王不留行、三七、炮山甲、炒鸡内金、皂角刺、肉苁蓉、肉桂、菟丝子、红藤、败酱草、生薏苡仁、茯苓、醋香附)及电针刺关元、中极、天枢、足三里、三阴交、子宫、太冲,除关元、中极外,均取双侧穴位,治疗本症30例。结果:总有效率为96.67%。结论:本研究针药联合,以消异方为主,配合电针治疗本病引起的痛经有很好的疗效。

Objectives： To summarize the curative effect of Xiaoyifang plus electroacupuncture in the treatment of endome- triosis. Method： Thirty patients with dysmenorrheal were treated with Xiaoyifang plus electroacupuncture. Results： The total ef- fective rate was 96.67%. Conclusion： Xiaoyifang plus electroacupuncture is effective in treating dysmenorrheal.
