Marital quality of female teachers from different types of schools in Qigihar

目的：探讨不同类型学校不同年龄段女教师婚姻质量状况.方法：分层抽取3所大学、6所高中、5所初中、7所小学已婚女教师作为研究对象,共发放调查问卷709份,收回有效问卷612份.采用中国人婚姻质量问卷（共10个维度,每个维度含9个条目,共90个条目.每个条目采用1～5级评分,所得标准分数越高,满意水平越高）评估女教师的婚姻质量.结果：①不同类型女教师的婚姻质量：小学、初中、高中女教师婚姻质量总分高于大学女教师.高中女教师的婚姻质量总分明显高于大学女教师,二者差异有显著性（P＜0.05）;②不同年龄段女教师婚姻质量：50 ～59岁年龄段婚姻质量总分高于其它年龄段,明显高于40～49岁年龄段,二者具有显著性差异（P＜0.05）.结论：大学女教师婚姻质量总体满意度偏低;40 ～49岁年龄段女教师婚姻质量总体满意度偏低.提醒心理卫生服务机构应关注女教师的婚姻家庭问题.

Objectives： To explore the different types of female teachers＇ marriage quality. Method： Teachers from 3 uni- versifies, 6 high schools, 5 junior middle schools and 7 primary schools were selected as the research objects. A total of 709 questionnaires were issued, of which 612 was valid. It adopted the Chinese Marital Quality Inventory [ 1 ] to evaluate of female teachers quality of marriage. （ a total of 10 dimensions ; each dimension contains 9 entries, with a total of 90 entries. For each entry, it was scaled 1 -5. The higher the score indicated the higher the level of satisfaction）. Results： 1. Different types of fe- male teachers＇ quality of marriage ： marriage quality scores of teachers from the primary schools and junior high schools are higher than that of female teachers in universities. Marriage quality score of female teachers in high school was significantly higher than that of teachers in the universities. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; 2. Different age of fe- male teachers ： the marriage quality scores of the teachers in the age of 50 - 59 are higher than the other age groups, which was significantly higher than that of 40 - 49 age group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）.
