摘要 [目的]比较不同花型连翘花粉的活性。[方法]应用TTC液染色法、I2-KI染色法和醋酸洋红染色法3种方法测定连翘短花柱二雄蕊花、短花柱三雄蕊花、长花柱二雄蕊花和长花柱三雄蕊花4种花型的花粉生活力,并应用离体培养法比较短花柱二雄蕊花与长花柱二雄蕊花在不同条件下的萌发率。[结果]浓度1%醋酸洋红染色法是连翘花粉活力的最佳检测方法。二雄蕊花的花粉活性高于三雄蕊花;当雄蕊数相同时,短花柱花的花粉活性高于长花柱花。短花柱二雄蕊花和长花柱二雄蕊花2种花型花粉离体萌发的适宜组合为浓度15%蔗糖+浓度0.01%硼酸+浓度1.5%琼脂。[结论]试验比较了不同花型连翘花粉的活性,为连翘的进一步开发利用提供了依据。 [ Objective] To compare pollen viability of" Forsythia suspense. [ Method] Apply the staining methods (TFC, acetic at.id eamine liquid, i2-KI) to determine the pollen viability of Forsythia szzspense, including short style two stamens type, short style three stamens type, long style two stamens type and hmg style three stamens type, and research the gemination rate of short style two stamens type and long style two stamens type Forsythia suspensa in vitro culture method. [ Result] The staining method of 1% acetic acid carmine liquid was best method for the detection of Forsythia suspensa's pollen viability. The pollen viability of two stamens type Forsythia suspensa was higher than three sta- mens type; when the number of stamens is same, the pollen viability of short style type Forsythia suspensa was higher than hmg style type; the germination of the best medium of short style and long style two stamens Forsythia suspense was 15% sucrose, 0. 01% boric acid and 1.5% agar. [ Conclusion] The experiment compared pollen viability of Forsythia suspense, which will provide a basis tot future development anti uti- lization of Forsythia saspense.
