摘要
[目的]研究玉米籽粒中Ca、Mg、P、K、Na 5种大量元素的含量,尤其是在集约化农业生产中5种大量元素可能发生的变化。[方法]采集集约化生产条件下得到的玉米籽粒测试上述5种微量元素,研究集约化生产对粮食营养元素的影响。[结果]分析显示,玉米籽粒中5种大量元素含量由多到少的顺序分别是K、P、Mg、Ca和Na,K、P和Mg的含量是Ca和Na的几十倍到几百倍。它们的变异系数相差较大,其中不同样品间变异系数由小到大的顺序分别是K、Mg、P、Ca、Na,变异系数变化大的说明受土壤等环境因素影响比较大,变异系数变化较小说明受环境影响较小。[结论]研究可为人们了解作物的生长发育环境和施肥情况提供参考。
[ Objective ] To study the contents of Ca, Mg, P, K, Na in maize grain, especially the variation in intensive agriculture produc- tion. [ Method] Maize grain grown at intensive production conditions was collected for detecting the above elements to investigate the effects of intensive agricultural production on nutritional elements in grains. [ Result] The results showed that the content order of the above five ele- ments from more to less are K, P, Mg, Ca and Na, and contents of K, P and Mg are several times to several hundred times more than those of Ca and Na. The variation of coefficient was much different from each element, the inscending order is K, Mg, P, Ca and Na. The greater the variation coefficient changes, the greater affected by soil and other environmental factors. [ Conclusion] The study can provide a reference for people understanding crops' growth environment and fertilization.
