Analysis of Tea Industry Development Status in Jiangxi Province

江西省是我国茶叶生产大省,茶叶发展历史悠久。该研究介绍了江西省茶产业发展现状及发展趋势,指出江西省茶产业发展具有茶叶品牌意识不断加强、良种化日趋明显、茶叶价格和品种结构日趋合理等优势。从产业政策、市场需求、经济水平、消费者偏好等4个方面分析了江西省茶产业发展的影响因素,提出了江西省茶产业发展策略:以生态为基础,大力发展茶叶生产;强化科技支撑,提升产业水平;建立清洁化加工技术体系;优化产品结构,开发新茶品。

The development status and trends of tea industry in Jiangxi Province was introduced, the influencing factors for tea industry devel- opment in Jiangxi Province were analyzed from 4 aspects： industry policy, market demands, economic level, consumers＇ preference, several development strategies were put forward ： vigorously develop tea industry with ecology as basis ; strengthen science and technology support, im- prove industry level; establish clean processing technology system; optimize industry structure, develop new tea product.
