摘要
对白云鄂博尾矿提钪浸出液除铁工艺条件进行了研究。最终确定以N235为萃取剂,在盐酸介质中选择性萃取Fe(Ⅲ)。结果表明,当有机相组成为30%N235+5%异辛醇+65%磺化煤油、相比1∶1时,通过单级萃铁,Fe(Ⅲ)的萃取率99%以上,Fe(Ⅲ)反萃率99%以上,而Sc(Ⅲ)萃取率不足8%,基本满足工艺要求。
The conditions of Fe(III) removal process in Baiyenebo tailing-leaching solution to recover scandium were studied. N235 was chosen as extractant to selectively extract Fe(M) in hydrochloric acid medium. The results show that when organic phase is composed of 30%N235+5% isooctanol+65% sulfonated kerosene and phase rate O/A is 1 : 1, Fe(III) extraction rate exceeds 99% and Se(III) extraction rate is less than 8% by single stage extraction. Fe(III) back-extraction rate exceeds 99%, which meets the technology demand.
