摘要 考察微硅粉原料中的杂质以及外加客盐对硅粉溶解法制备水玻璃凝胶的影响。结果表明,客盐和各种氧化物杂质对溶出水玻璃影响的程度大小依次为CaO>NaCl>MgO>Fe2O3;客盐NaCl的加入降低了胶粒的平衡电势,加速了老化;CaO、Fe2O3与MgO则是通过络合作用快速产生凝胶,并对凝胶老化的加速也有一定影响。 The effects of impurities in silica fume powders and guest salt in addition on preparation of water glass gel by dissolving silica fume were investigated. The results show that the influence sequence of guest salt and various oxides on water glass gel presents as CaO〉NaCl〉MgO〉Fe2O3. Guest salt NaC1 mainly accelerates aging by reducing the equilibrium potential of colloidal particles, while CaO, Fe205 and MgO can quickly produce gel through complexation, and have certain effect on acceleration of gel aging.
