近年来,随着中国"走出去"战略的提出,中国的对外直接投资实现了跨越式发展。但由于受到美国金融危机、欧洲债务危机等方面的影响,目前国际投资保护主义开始在全球兴起,其主要表现为设置市场准入壁垒、严格的国家安全审查、投资者需承担更多的社会责任等,对中国对外投资产生不利影响。为此,中国应进一步把握国际投资准则、政策的动向,创新投资方式,加强国际间合作,履行东道国社会责任,同时加强海外投资保险机制建设。

In recent years, with the proposition of China＇s ＂going out＂ strategy, China＇s foreign direct investment achieves the leapfrog development. But because of influences of the United States＂ financial crisis, and the European debt crisis, the cur- rent international investment protectionism began to rise in the whole world, it mainly manifests setting up market aecess bar- tiers, strict national security review, investors need to take more social responsibility, ere., which will produce negative in- fluence on China＇s foreign investment. Therefore, we should further grasp the rule of international investment, policy trends, innovate the investment mode, strengthen international eooperation, perform the host country＇s social responsibility, at the same time, and strengthen the eonstruetion of overseas investment insurance system.
