多主体参与的创新社区绩效仿真研究

The Simulation Research of Multi-agent Innovation Performance

创新社区是一种特殊的虚拟社区,其成员来自不同的企业或者组织,为了一个共同的创新项目组建成一个类似于团队的非正式网络。利用Netlogo仿真软件对创新社区绩效进行仿真建模,得到诸多有价值的结论:社区增长率与创新绩效正相关,个体声望阈值、知识单元适应度阈值与创新绩效负相关,社区专业化程度对创新绩效无显著影响等。

Innovation communities is a special kind of virtual community,whose members come from different enterprises or organizations for a common innovation projects and form into a team of informal networks.Netlogo is a simulation software based on intelligent body modeling.This paper uses a Netlogo simulation software to research the performance of innovation communities.We have gotten many valuable conclusions:the growth rate is positively related with innovation performance,while individual's reputation threshold and kene's fitness threshold are negatively related with innovation performance,and community specialization degree has no significant influence on the innovation performance.All these conclusions will give enterprise managers some practical enlightenment.
