Conception Defining and Scale Development of Portfolio Entrepreneurship

公司组合创业是中小微型企业成长的一种重要创业战略,已有定义主要从公司组合创业者个体层面进行界定,强调创业者对2家或2家以上企业同时拥有所有权。在文献分析基础上,以公司为分析单位,从组织层面提出了集体维度的公司组合创业定义。在对27名企业主深度访谈、60名员工预测试和4名学者理论审核的基础上编制了公司组合创业量表,并对767家成功进行了公司组合创业的民营企业进行了调查。使用SPSS18.0和AMOS17.0软件进行了探索性和验证性因子分析,检验了公司组合创业量表的信度和效度。分析结果表明,量表具有很好的信度和效度。公司组合创业是一个多维度的结构,包括产品组合创新、事业部组合风险投资、公司组合风险投资和公司战略组合更新4个维度。公司组合创业的研究成果可为中小微型企业成长提供参考和借鉴。

Portfolio Entrepreneurship is an important entrepreneurship strategy about growth of medium-small-micro enter prises. The present conceptions defined are mainly from the perspective of portfolio entrepreneurs based on individual unit, emphasizing on entrepreneurs meanwhile own ownership of more than one enterprises. On the basis of literature analysis, the study puts forward a collective dimension definition from the organizational level based on company unit. With depth in- terviews of 27owners, pre-testing of 60 employees and theoretical auditing of 4 scholars,the study formulates the portfolio entrepreneurship scale and 767 private enterprises of successful portfolio entrepreneurship are surveyed, and 332 valid questionnaires are collected. The study uses SPSS18.0 and AMOS17.0 to analyze the scale reliability and validity of ex- ploratory and confirmatory factors. The result indicates good reliability and validity of scale. The portfolio entrepreneurship is a multi-dimension construction, consisting of four dimensions：product portfolio innovation, divisional portfolio venturing, corporate portfolio venturing and strategy portfolio fitting. The study also points out the implications of theory and prac- tice,limitations and future direction toward enterprise.
