基于DEA的企业创新方法应用绩效评价研究

The Performance Evaluation of Innovation Methods in Enterprise Based on DEA

随着创新方法在企业中的推广应用,如何对创新方法应用绩效进行客观而准确的评价成为重要研究内容。结合创新方法自身特点,采用数据包络分析方法,构建相应的指标体系和量化分析模型,实现了对创新方法推广应用绩效的定量评价。实证研究发现,企业在推广应用创新方法的过程中,创新方法应用绩效呈现出曲折上升的发展态势。最后分析了影响创新方法绩效的内在因素。

Along with the promotion and application of the innovation method in enterprise application, how to evaluation the performance of innovate methods objectively and accurately become an important research content. This paper uses the DEA method, constructs the evaluation index system and quantitative analysis of the model, realize the innovation method applied in the quantitative evaluation of performance. This paper found through empirical research, in the process of pro- moting and applying innovation method, innovation method＇s application performance shows an upward--trend of develop- ment, and analyzed the intrinsic {actor which influences innovation methods performance.
