摘要
为解决小水电站地处偏僻,通讯不便,小水电站运行数据的调度自动化主站系统接入存在种种困难的现状,通过利用现有用电信息采集系统平台资源,获取小水电运行数据,通过DISA规约转发,接入调度自动化前置系统,实现了小水电站运行数据的调度自动化主站系统的接入。
In order to solve the existing difficulties of access dispatching automation system operating data for small hydropower station,because the small hydropower station is located in remote and inconvenience of communication,small hydropower operation data are obtained by using electrical information acquisition plat form resources,dispatching automation system is accessed by transmitting the DISA protol.
