中药制剂毒瘟清对白羽肉鸡生产性能和免疫功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】研究中药制剂毒瘟清对白羽肉鸡增重和免疫器官发育及其功能的影响。【方法】将9000只体重相近健康的1日龄白羽肉鸡(混雏)随机分为3个组,每个组3次重复,每次重复1000只。对照组为基础日粮饲喂组,其余2组为实验组。实验组1、2分别在基础日粮中添加500 g/600 kg,500 g/400 kg的毒瘟清,对肉鸡的日增重、料重比、免疫器官质量及指数、新城疫抗体效价、淋巴细胞转化率等几个指标进行定期测定。【结果】添加毒瘟清能显著提高肉鸡外周血淋巴细胞的转化率,增强其对新城疫疫苗的免疫应答,提高脾脏指数,提高日增重,降低料重比。【结论】毒瘟清能提高肉鸡免疫能力和生产性能,为中药制剂代替部分化学兽药提升生产性能提供理论依据,在肉鸡产业中有广阔的应用前景。在生产中应以500 g毒瘟清/600 kg饲料为最佳添加剂量。 [ Objective]The effect of TCM preparation Duwenqing on the development of immune organ and the growth performance in White Feather Broilers was studied in the project. [ Methods] A total of 9,000 White Feather Broilers at the age of 1 day were allotted into 3 groups randomly. Each group consisted of 3 rep- licates with 1,000 broilers each. One group was the control group fed with basic diet. Another two ( Group1 and Group 2)were experimental groups fed with basic diet supplemented with 500 g Duwenqing/600 kg basic diet and 500 g Duwenqing/400 kg basic diet, respectively, biewcastle disease (biD) hem agglutination inhibi- tion (HI) antibody titer, feed to gain ratio, daily gain, the lymphocyte proliferation rate in the peripheral blood, and immune organ weight and indexes in the White Feather Broilers were detected regularly. [ Results] The results of the tests showed that Duwenqing could increase the lymphocyte proliferation rate in peripheral blood, immunoenhancement on Newcastle disease, spleen index, daily gain, and reduce feed to gain ratio( F/ G. )in the experimental groups, when compared with the control one. [ Conclusion ] The product would make it possible to increase broilers immunoeompetence, production performance. Thus, it provides a theoretical basis for TCM preparation, which could replace integrant chemical veterinary drug that could improve the growth per-formance and feed efficiency significantly in broilers. It plays a vital role in chicken industry. 500g Duwen- qing/600kg basic diet is the most correct dosage on process management.
