摘要
CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道自密实混凝土施工技术在成灌铁路工程首次研发并成功应用,经优化改进后推广应用于成绵乐和武汉城际圈铁路工程。该技术针对CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道自密实混凝土充填层设计特点及技术难点,研究了具有灌注施工性好、体积稳定性好、低弹性模量和高耐久性等特点的自密实混凝土配合比设计技术,以及"先铺轨道板,后灌混凝土;逐块板精调,逐块板灌注"和"每块板一次连续灌注成形"的自密实混凝土灌注施工技术。实践表明该技术具有质量可靠、施工快捷、操作方便和成本低廉等优点。文章结合首次研发及优化改进情况,总结了CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道自密实混凝土原材料选取及配合比设计、灌注施工工装设备、主要工序工艺及施工组织措施等关键技术。
The self-compacting concrete construction technology for CRTS Ⅲ slab ballastless track was developed for the first time and successfully applied to the Chengdu-Dujiangyian railway engineering after its optimization and improvement promoted to the Chengdu-Mianyang-Leshan railway engineering as well as Wuhan inter-city railway engineering. Aimed at the design feature and technological difficulty of self-compacting concrete construction technology for CRTS Ⅲ slab ballastless track, this paper has researched the mixture ratio design technology for the self-compacting concrete construc- tion technology for CRTS m slab ballastless track that has the features of good application property and volume stability, low elasticity modulus and high durability, as well as the casting construction technologies for self-compacting concrete of "railway track laying first and concrete casting second; slab adjusting and casting accurately one by one" and "continu- ously casting for each slab". The engineering practice indicates that this construction technology has merits of reliable quality, quick and convenient operation and low cost, etc. Based on research, development and optimization for the first time, this paper has summarized the key technologies of CRTS Ⅲ slab ballastless track such as the self-compacting con- crete raw material and mixture ratio design, tooling equipment, the main processing technology and construction organi- zation measures, so as to provide reference for similar engineering construction.
