摘要
从法律法规、思想意识及自身特点出发,分析了高校修缮工程招投标存在的问题,对提升高校修缮工程招投标工作质量的策略进行了研究,提出了一些针对性的建议,以提高资金的使用效益,维护高校及社会的公共效益。
To begin with aspects of laws, regulations, concepts and self-features, the article analyzes tendering and bidding problems existing in college maintenance engineering, studies strategies of improving tendering and bidding quality of college maintenance engineering, and puts for- ward corresponding suggestions, with a view to improve funds using efficiency and protect college and social public benefits.
