摘要
本文提出了一种用于水面清扫船的明轮推进装置,同时也用于辅助漂浮物的收集。详细介绍了其设计过程,主要包括工作原理说明,样机模型建立,运动学以及动力学分析,最终确定了结构的可行性。控制部分包括51单片机控制器模块,直流电机驱动模块,无线遥控模块,实现了明轮操控远距离,智能化。
The paper provides a kind of paddle propeller for the cleaning catamaran, which is also used to collect the floaters.it introduces the design process of the mechanism in detail, mainly including the operating principle, prototype modeling based on UG, kinematics and dynamics analysis, eventually make sure its feasibility.The control section includes 51 MCU and DC electrical motor drive, remote control, which can make it intellectualized to control paddle propeller in the distance.
