摘要
中委合资广东石化30万吨级原油码头工程位于粤东水深、浪大的开敞海域,海况恶劣,地质特殊,特别是连接原油码头与陆域的大跨度钢引桥约1.6 km段海床基岩裸露(或覆盖层很薄),为获得一种对该海况和地质均有较好的适应性的引桥墩结构,对工程海域海况条件、地质条件及环境荷载进行了深入的研究,提出了异形潜式厚底沉箱新型重力式桥墩结构,并借助波浪物模试验和空间计算软件对结构本体进行了结构计算与分析。结果表明该新型结构安全稳定,可供类似工程借鉴之用。
In the construction site for the 300 000 DWT Guangdong Petrochemical crude oil terminal for Petro China / PDVSA Joint Venture, the sea conditions are bad and the geological conditions are complex, especially the 1.6 km seabed below the large-span steel bridge section which connects the land and crude oil terminal, where the bedrock is exposed or with a thin cover. To obtain a bridge pier structure with better adaptability for that sea state and geology, through research on the sea state of the project and study and calculation for the environment load and structure, Alien -submersible Heavy -bottomed Gravity Pier Caisson with Jacket is provided. What's more, this structure is calculated and analyzed combined with the physical wave model test and Space calculation software, the results show that the new structure is safe and stabilized and can be used as ref- erence for the other similar projects.
