摘要 针对大型复合驱动耙吸挖泥船的特点和控制功能需求,提出了大型复合驱动耙吸挖泥船集成控制系统的总体设计方案。在硬件配置上,系统上层采用由服务器和客户机组成的以太网,下层采用西门子PLC组成控制网络,实现对底层设备的监控。在软件上,上层计算机监控软件采用VC++开发的面向对象的监控软件,实现上层的监控管理功能;PLC控制程序采用西门子STEP 7编写的控制程序,实现了对全船设备的监控。该集成监控系统方案已成功应用于国内某舱容超过10 000 m3的大型复合驱动耙吸挖泥船,集成监控系统总体运行稳定,满足船舶的控制功能要求。 As to the characters of large compound-driven hopper-dredgers and the requirements of its controlling function, the design of integrated monitoring and controlling system of large compound-driven hopper-dredger is proposed. On the hard- ware configuration, the upper layer network is composed of servers and client computers; the lower layer network is composed of PLCs in this system. On the software, the object oriented software of the servers and computers is programmed with VC++; the monitoring and controlling software of PLC is programmed with STEP 7, by which the devices of hopper-dredger are moni- tored and controlled. The design of the integrated monitoring and controlling system is realized on a large compound-driven hopper-dredger with a hopper over 10 000 cubic meters, which belongs to a native dredging company. The integrated monitor- ing and controlling system is running stably, which meets the requirements of the controlling functions for the hopper-dredger.
