电针梅花针联合中药治疗纤维肌痛综合征临床疗效研究

Therapeutic Effect of Electro- acupuncture and Plum- blossom Needle Combined with Chinese Herbs in the Treatment of Fibromyalgia Syndrome

目的比较电针梅花针联合柴胡桂枝汤和单纯中药内服治疗纤维肌痛综合征的临床疗效,探索电针梅花针治疗方法在纤维肌痛综合征中的治疗作用。方法选取2009年3月—2013年2月我院门诊收治的纤维肌痛综合征患者112例,按照患者就诊顺序采用随机数字表分为对照组54例,治疗组58例。对照组给予柴胡桂枝汤中药内服,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上采用电针梅花针治疗。观察两组治疗效果及治疗前后压痛点数和视觉模拟评分(VAS)疼痛指数。结果治疗后对照组治愈7例,显效16例,有效17例,无效14例;治疗组治愈12例,显效25例,有效15例,无效6例,两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(u=2.399,P=0.016)。治疗后治疗组压痛点数〔(3.1±3.4)个与(5.9±4.1)个〕、VAS疼痛指数〔(13.4±10.6)mm与(28.6±12.4)mm〕较对照组均减少(P<0.05)。结论电针梅花针联合中药治疗纤维肌痛综合征疗效明显优于单纯中药内服患者,能明显减少患者压痛点数和VAS疼痛指数,电针梅花针治疗方法的综合运用可提高临床疗效。

Objective To compare the clinical therapeutic effect between electro -acupuncture and plum- blossom needle combined with Chaihu Guizhi decoction and oral administration of the decoction alone in the treatment of Fibromyalgia Syn- drome （FS）, in order to investigate the therapeutic effect of electro -acupuncture and plum -blossom needle on FS. Methods 112 FS outpatients admitted into our hospital from March 2009 to February 2013 were randomly divided into control group （54 ca- ses） and treatment group （58 cases） . The control group was treated with oral administration of Chaihu Guizhi decoction, while the treatment group was also treated with electro - acupuncture and plum - blossom needle in addition. The therapeutic effect, pain points and VAS paint index before and after treatment of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, in the con- trol group, 7 cases were cured, 16 cases were significantly improved, 17 cases were improved and 14 cases were invalid. While in the treatment group, 12 cases were cured, 25 cases were significantly improved, 15 cases were improved and 6 cases were in- valid. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant （ u = 2. 399, P = 0. 016 ） . The pain points [ （ 3.1 ±3.4） vs. （5.9±4. 1 ） ] and VAS pain index [ （ 13.4 ± 10. 6） mm vs. （28.6 ±12.4） mm] between the two groups showed statistically significant differences, with the treatment group being significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion The thera- peutic effect of electro - acupuncture and plum - blossom needle combined with Chinese decoction is significantly better than trea- ting with Chinese decoction alone by reducing pain points and VAS pain index.
