瞬时弹性成像诊断肝纤维化的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 肝纤维化是对各种病因所致慢性肝损伤的可逆的修复反应,最终发展为肝硬化,其严重程度决定着肝病的诊治及预后。肝活检目前仍为诊断肝纤维化的"金标准",但由于存在有创性、取样误差、患者不易接受等局限性,近年来国内外许多学者开始关注无创诊断方法。目前研究最多的无创诊断方法是瞬时弹性成像和血清学指标,但血清学指标研究尚无满意结果,瞬时弹性成像作为一种新型、快速方便、无创、经济、可重复的诊断技术,已成为研究热点。现将瞬时弹性成像诊断肝纤维化的最新研究进展进行综述。 Liver fibrosis is a reversible repairing reaction to chronic liver injury which caused by various etiologies, and leads ultimately to cirrhosis, the severity of liver fibrosis is critical to the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of liver dis- ease. Liver biopsy is considered as the" golden standard" for the diagnosis of liver fibrosis, but the biopsy is invasive, has sam- piing error, and it's not easy to persuade patients to accept liver biopsy. Many scholars have payed attention to noninvasive diag- nostic methods. Most researches focus on transient elastography and serum markers, but there is no satisfactory results of serum markers research, transient elastography is a new, fast, convenient, noninvasive, economic and repeatable diagnostic method, and has become a research hot spot. The recent advances and development of transient elastography for diagnosing liver fibrosis were reviewed in the study.
