As one of the provinces which first proposed the concept of low carbon agriculture, Guangdong province has a strong impetus and foundation to develop low carbon agriculture. This paper analyzes the basis and motivation of developing low - car- bon agriculture in Guangdong province and illustrates the path of the development of low carbon agriculture.
