摘要
在课程教学中应加强实践教学环节,充分发挥实践育人的作用。旅游心理学作为旅游管理专业的核心必修课程,它具有学科综合性和实践指导性强等特征。旅游心理学的课程内容体系要围绕旅游活动的服务主、客体,遵循目标指导性、整合性等原则,兼顾理论知识和实践操作两方面构建包含旅游业从业人员心理、旅游者心理、旅游服务心理、旅游管理心理以及旅游规划心理等课程内容体系。
