HPLC法测定枇杷叶提取物中熊果酸与科罗索酸含量

摘要 目的 建立同时测定枇杷叶提取物中熊果酸与科罗索酸含量的方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,选用XB-C18柱(4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm),检测波长为215 nm,流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(88:12:0.12),流速1.0 mL·min-1,柱温25 ℃.结果 熊果酸与科罗索酸进样量在0.625~10 μg范围内均有良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为100.49%和100.12%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.014%和1.021%(n=9).结论 本法简便,快速,准确,重现性好,可作为枇杷叶提取物中熊果酸与科罗索酸含量测定的方法. Objective To establish a method for the determination of ursolic aicd and corosolic acid in the leaf extract of Eriobotrya japonica ( Thumb. ) Lindl. Methods HPLC method was used. The samples were separated on a XB - Cis ( 4. 6 mmx 250 ram,5 p,m) column with the mobile phase of methanol - water - lacial acetic acid( 88:12:0. 12 ). The detection wavelength was set at 215 nm. Flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-l. Column temperature was 25 ℃. Ressults The linear ranges for ursolic aicd and corosolic acid were all 0. 625 - 10 μg, respectively. The average recoveris of ursolic aicd and corosolie acid were 100. 49% (RSD = 1. 014% ) and 100. 12% (RSD = 1. 021%). Conclusion The method was sensitive,rapid, accu- rate, reproducibility and suitable for the determination of ursolic aicd and corosolic acid in the leaf extract of Eriobotrya ja- ponica ( Thumb. ) Lindl.
