摘要
根据陶瓷套管的结构特性,设计了一种利用陶瓷套管的插拔力间接检测陶瓷套管内径的装置。装置采用了齿轮齿条、丝杠等设计了陶瓷套管的内径检测和分类的机构部分,并利用应变片和PLC进行检测和控制。实践发现该装置基本能够实现预期的功能,但存在效率不高的问题,需要进一步改进。
This paper considers the material property of the ceramic sleeve, designs a device to detect the force when ceramic sleeves jointing, to gain the inner diameter data of ceramic sleeves. The device use gear, rack, screw and other mechanisms, they constitute the mechanic part of the device. PLC and foil gauges consist of the control part of the device. After practice, it is found that the device can complete the expecting function in large, however, it still can be modified to improve the efficiency.
