轮胎定型硫化机是轮胎生产制造的关键设备。针对轮胎定型硫化机重载、高精度以及高可靠性的要求,对轮胎定型硫化机进行可靠性问题进行系统研究,建立轮胎定型硫化机系统可靠性模型,提出适用于轮胎定型硫化机的可靠性评价体系。现场使用结果验证了可靠性模型和评价体系的正确性和有效性。

The hydraulic tire curing press is a key equipment in tire manufacturing .According to the requirement of high load, high precision and high reliability for the tire curing former ,the problem of reliability is systematic studied. A reliability model and evaluate index system are established. The feasibility of the reliability model and evaluated index system is verified in field test.
