摘要
45号钢轴套属薄壁类零件,经盐浴淬火后,经常出现变形超差,给后续加工造成困难,甚至报废。通过对轴套热处理工艺的探索和试验,摸索出一套针对45号钢进行中频淬火热处理的工艺参数,以满足轴套本身的性能需求,为类似零件的热处理提供一定的理论依据。
No. 45 steel hushing is often appear deviation after salt hath quenching, hecause of thin-walled parts, which cause difficuhies to the subsequent processing, even scrapped. Based on the heat treatment exploration and test, this paper fird out a set of technology parameters for no. 45 steel hy medium frequency quenching heat treatment, in order to meet the performance requirements of designing, which provides a theoretical hasis for the heat treatment of similar parts.
