摘要
装载机液压系统清洁度与产品的质量关系密切。首先重点对污染物的来源和危害进行了分析,并结合液压元件的配合间隙尺寸,确定了清洁度的等级要求。然后,提出控制和解决液压元件及系统清洁度的方法和措施,运用大流量滤油机对液压系统的油液实施旁路过滤,为提高液压系统的清洁度提供参考。
The relationship between cleanliness and product quality of the loading machine hydraulic system closely. The first source of pollutants and the harm is analyzed, and combined with the gap dimensions of hydraulic components, determine the cleanliness level requirements. Then, put forward to control and solve the method and measures of hydraulic components and system cleanliness, using large flow oil filter on hydraulic system oil implementation of bypass filter, and provide reference for improving the cleanliness of hydraulic system.
